Equity Assessments

We provide comprehensive data collection and analysis services to assess your school’s equity landscape.

We review present and historic enrollment, academic, and social-emotional indicators with a focus on social identity markers such as race, gender, and disability. We also hold focus groups with samples of school staff, students, and families to gather qualitative data on their experiences. We deliver a comprehensive report that highlights trends, effective practices, and areas for improvement.

Action Planning

We work with your school or program to identify clear equity goals and create a well-defined and supported action plan.

We conduct focus groups and surveys with relevant stakeholders to define targeted initiatives and create collaborative goals. We utilize a dedicated equity decision-making process to gather research and data, create implementation plans, and identify timelines, success markers, and opportunities for meaningful inclusion. We also offer continuous goal tracking services including progress assessment and action plan revisions as necessary.
